Sunshine Art Academy teaches illustrations and art projects through a group class format and with a variety of materials!

I use the guided drawing and guided art technique, where I show my work and you can follow along!

The Basic Details

Communication

Primary mode of communication is WhatsApp! Emails will also be sent as necessary.

Place

We take classes through Google Meet! This allows our international students to participate as well :)

Time

Saturdays from

9:30 to 10:00 am EST

Individual Feedback during and after class

Medium

We use many mediums, from paint to colored pencils to oil pastel.

Material List provided during classes!

Learning, Drawing, Improving Weekly!

Practice might not make perfect, but it definitely helps improve your skills! Every week, a small homework assignment will be assigned and should be completed.

Weekly, a picture of homework and your current progress of the project should be sent via WhatsApp!

Pricing Details

Classes cost $10 for a 1.5-hour class.

Payment is based on the number of classes attended

(ex. if you attend 3 classes, $30 for the month)

Payment is done online through Zelle!

What is the Makeup Policy?

Unfortunately, there is no makeup policy at this time.

A picture of the progress will be sent weekly, Please use this to catch up, and feel free to ask me any questions!

What materials should I buy?

As we use a variety, this will vary weekly or monthly. The basic list is posted, but any special materials will be announced on WhatsApp.

How many students in a class?

Class size ranges from 5-20 depending on the class or week!

Do you do in person classes?

Lessons during the school year will be virtual, as we have students from other countries!

But, summer classes may have a couple in person classes.

How will my child improve with Sunshine Art Academy?

Every project has some sort of skill. Some classes have a lesson, and some are simply artworks! With individual support during classes, you will always have a way to improve and get better!
